One of the managers, Jeronimo, is very nice. The service, however, could use some training on how to communicate to customers when there are going to be significant delays. We had an appointment for 5:30pm for a simple seasonal tire swap, and as Costco is closing at 7pm, 90 minutes after our appointment, we asked about the status of our car, they said they had not even pulled it in yet! Had to wait 3 hours for a tire patch.
My experience at Costco for tires was just absolutely delightful! I mean, who wouldn’t enjoy a riveting saga of frustration? I decided to join the fun and ordered tires online, thinking scheduling an appointment in advance would actually mean something—silly me! Three full weeks later, I was overjoyed to find out that only two of my precious tires had arrived. Guess what? My appointment magically needed rescheduling because, you know, why would all four tires show up when I needed them? Four days later, still no luck! But af... read more
