Had to wait 3 hours for a tire patch.
My experience at Costco for tires was just absolutely delightful! I mean, who wouldn’t enjoy a riveting saga of frustration? I decided to join the fun and ordered tires online, thinking scheduling an appointment in advance would actually mean something—silly me! Three full weeks later, I was overjoyed to find out that only two of my precious tires had arrived. Guess what? Super friendly people who work there. They are honest and always willing to help if they can. Top notch and quality work, the only place we go for tires.
Hands down best tire service center in Juneau. Staff is always friendly and won’t BS you. They are busy (because they’re awesome) so sometimes it takes a bit to get in but it’s worth the wait.
