Rude people working there. I mean not all of them.
I had a great experience at this tire center. I ordered tires in house. I waited entirely too long to get tires ordered. They were bald. Tires at Costco arrived within 7 days. They scheduled my appointment the very next day at 4:45. Needless to say it snowed hard the afternoon of my scheduled appointment. Roads were terrible. Traffic was terrible. And although I left work at 3:30 (usually a 20 minute drive) , I didn’t make it to Costco until 5:30. They kindly took me anyway-even though I was nearly an hour late. Had my tires... read more
I call. They tell me to come walk in for a tire install. I show up and they say they can't take me. Waste of time
