Took 3 hours to not fix the tire. Told us the tires had dangerously low treads but when I got them rotated 3 days before they said they were fine. They have repeatedly lied to us.
Very disappointing, had my appointment at 1pm and left the counter at 1:15pm. I asked the tire rep if they were behind and he said no. Later Got called at 2:20pm asking if I wanted to change out my tpms sensors. I was upset It took over an hr just place a machine over the sensor to check the battery life.. adriel said they were behind and if I wanted it done it would take another 45 mins turned out to be another hr. 2:30 hrs! honestly you pay less for the services but the poor time management and waste of your day isn’t wort... read more
