I was told at another location that this location had the battery I needed in stock and would likely set it aside if I called ahead. I called, and the worker was dismissive. He said he didn't want to get in trouble with his supervisor for doing that and I asked if I could at least ask the supervisor myself because it was only a 20 minute drive and I was already walking back to my car. Got to costco on Saturday 1/31/26 had a tire leak and they said they fixed it, Sunday2/1/26 i look at my tire and it has low air again, went from 38 psi to 9.5psi, they serviced the car again put something that supposedly will help to prevent air leak in The future and was told to go to tire shop which can fix or replace my rim, when i know my rim is good and to replace will cost around $700 because its an Audi A8, but thats not end of the story when i got to my car whole panels were covered in salt from the vehicle, door pa... read more

I came to get my 4 tires replaced. Worse experience. My apt was at 4pm, got there before 4pm. My car was not ready until after 7pm. Unbelievable. If i would've known I would've gone some where else to get my tires. Never buying tires from Costco again.

Came in for a flat tire repair and they worked on the TPMS. I had to come back after waiting several hours. I had a 12:15 appointment for one installation and it took them until 2:05. I still had to wait in line for pick up my car. Worst experience I’ve had. Avoid this location.

I came for a set of tires installation with appointment at 3:15 and went home at 7:45 pm. Terrible service and I noticed that the guys taking care of the tires were taking turns to take care of the customers as well leaving the cars alone and wasting time. Costco managers if you don’t have enough staff you better hire more and at least put someone to be at the desk and not taking turns so the others can take care of the cars. We all notice that you don’t have enough staff workers but you can hire more and it can get better.
