This tyre shop is terrible I brought my car for a tire rotation and balancing and they refused to do the rotation because of safety and then did my balancing absolutely wrong, on top of it the lug nuts on the wheels weren’t tight This place is unsafe and I won’t leave the car to those mechanics Absolutely incompetent and they just don’t want to work on your car The management of Costco needs to look into who are they hiring there as mechanics

Excellent service staff, ease of ordering and scheduling and so many benefits with services that you would pay for elsewhere. They stand by their tires!
Overall, poor communication and service. I got a flat and brought it in for them to check it. It had sidewall damage and needed to be replaced. They ordered the tire and said it would arrive in 1-2 days. After 4 days no call. Called and was on hold for 5 minutes. Called back and had to go through the actual store to get transferred to someone to help. Was then told the tire had arrived the day before. I needed a week night appointment and they wouldn’t schedule me after 6pm over the phone, but online it can be scheduled late... read more
