This place is severely understaffed, and the wait times for tire rotations and new tire installations are ridiculous\. We had an absolute nightmare trying to replace one tire under warranty\. We were repeatedly told the tire had been delivered, so we would bring the car in, only to be told they couldn’t find the tire\. I had an emergency with my tire on the i-75 I wanted to go home in a terrible weather and even when I did not make an appointment, they took care of my car and they where very kind and they did the job supper fast. The prices are very accesible. However I needed a membership. Great job, I can recommend them

No one answered phone sat on hold for over 30 minutes for someone to keep coming to the phone saying please hold and puts you back on hold before you can speak then ends up hanging up on you after over 35 minutes of waiting. So unprofessional and embarrassed that Costco would carry their company this way.

Excellent service! We had a wonderful experience at Costco Tire Service Center. The staff was extremely kind, patient, and professional. They gave us honest advice about rotating the front and rear tires and explained what would be best for our car. The balancing and tire service were done perfectly. Even though they estimated it would take about an hour, everything was completed in only 40 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise.
