Excellent service! We had a wonderful experience at Costco Tire Service Center. The staff was extremely kind, patient, and professional. They gave us honest advice about rotating the front and rear tires and explained what would be best for our car. The balancing and tire service were done perfectly. Even though they estimated it would take about an hour, everything was completed in only 40 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Poor customer service, long wait times. Didn’t take my car into the shop until an hour after my appointment. Two days in a row, same situation, both of my vehicles needed a tire rotation.
I do not recommend coming here for any appointments. For a simple tire patch, they told me I’d have to wait two days and that they could not slide me into any appointment. That’s after waiting in line for 45 minutes. The wait time alone to be told that is worth going anywhere else.
Me cambiaron los neumáticos buen trabajo pero el sensor que pagué para que me cambiaran no me lo cambiaron reclame y no se resolvió el problema antes de salir del taller le dije al trabajador que no se había resuelto el problema y me dijo que eso se resolverá cuando camine el carro hoy fui y reclame y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque yo había pagado por un solo sensor pero no me cambiaron el que tenía problema
This review has been edited since my discussion with the warehouse manager: There is no way to rectify the unprofessional business practices or the unscrupulous salesmanship. I came in with a punctured tire, but needed a new set. It was a terrible experience. Brady had me wait there for 90 minutes to install a set of tires they didn’t even have in stock!
