This review has been edited since my discussion with the warehouse manager: There is no way to rectify the unprofessional business practices or the unscrupulous salesmanship. I came in with a punctured tire, but needed a new set. It was a terrible experience. Brady had me wait there for 90 minutes to install a set of tires they didn’t even have in stock! Crappy salesmanship with the ethics worse than a used car salesman! What happened? I’m deleting the five star rating I gave two years ago to ONE STAR! I had a nail in my tire and purchased a new set from Brady on Dec. 15. He said the new tire would be on in 90 minutes. When I returned he claimed that staffing was an issue and come back the next day. When I asked about the damaged tire he said I was welcome to put some air in before I left! Literally took them two and a half hours for a simple tire repair. With an appointment. I don't even know how that happens. Seems like they prioritized every single customer besides me. Had tire rotations performed in half the time at every single other Costco I've been to in at least 5 different states. Won't be coming back.
