After a few lackluster experiences at other local Costco tire centers, I’m pleased to report that the service at this location is truly excellent.

I had a frustrating experience at the Costco Tire Center. I came in with a clear concern: my tires were shaking, and I suspected the internal foam inserts were the cause. Instead of addressing that directly or even seriously considering it, the staff dismissed my concern and chose to realign my front tires, which did nothing to fix the issue. ever since i started going to the costco tire center i’ve always seen pavel, always on his toes & very personable. This time he helped me with a price match on my tires from a few weeks ago and i couldn’t be happier. execellent customer service I couldn’t recommend anywhere else.
