I had a frustrating experience at the Costco Tire Center. I came in with a clear concern: my tires were shaking, and I suspected the internal foam inserts were the cause. Instead of addressing that directly or even seriously considering it, the staff dismissed my concern and chose to realign my front tires, which did nothing to fix the issue. ever since i started going to the costco tire center i’ve always seen pavel, always on his toes & very personable. This time he helped me with a price match on my tires from a few weeks ago and i couldn’t be happier. execellent customer service I couldn’t recommend anywhere else.
The technician, Trever was terrific!! So patient, helpful and professional! Customer service at its Best! This man deserves a raise and much praise as he is an huge asset to your company!!
As much as I like Costco, this experience has definitely left me with a bad taste. Tire center totally would not help me. I had a flat on the highway (visible to the facility)... got it changed and spare (donut) put on the vehicle. I drive over to Costco... I arrived at 7:17 pm... they close at 8:30. The manage came out and would not help me.. He only asked if I had an appointment and that I could come in the next day... I was there an entire hour before they closed and he would not even look at my tire to see if they could ... read more
