Had two of four tires purchased from them develop cracking along the bead. They refused to honor the road hazard warranty and gave false information to me as to why they would not honor the warranty    Contacted Michelin and they said to take the he tires to any authorized tire dealer to get another diagnosis. The other tire shop said it was clearly a defect in the tire and offered to honor the Michelin warranty. I had new tires put on my son’s car at the Burnsville Mn. Costco. He stops over a couple days later and one of his wheels has an unacceptable amount of weight on it. The following Saturday we drive back to Costco and I ask one of the guys (Chris) to look at something on my son’s car. Already I’m getting extreme attitude from this kid before I even show him the wheel. I ask him if that’s the way he would balance his own tires and he says we can leave the car and he’ll rebalance the tires. We come back that night only to play ... read more
