Good to buy new tires but zero score for warranty balance or repairs. We called a day prior and call never was answered. We arrived early the next day and the y said to us to leave the car ALL DAY until the end of the day just to check why the tire was leaking. His attitude was very rude also. Think twice about warranty and repairs next time
They are slow. Slower than you’d think is possible. Like don’t buy a chicken or any frozen food while you are inside. Like services that take a dedicated tire place 30 mins will be at least 3 hours here. I’m not kidding. It is painful. Multiply any time estimates by 3-5 times. You may think I’m being dramatic but I’m not. Bring two cars or overnight shelter. (Ok, a little dramatic).
Zero is too much for costco tire services. They never help when you need it! Its my second flat tire close to Costco and I was never helped. A flat tire can ruin your day if you think Costco will help. And James, be gentle with people, I did not come to be questioned why I don't know all the details of the car I am driving while you do know yours. And....when I come for help I need help not stories or scolding. Very disspointed in Costco tires.
Went in for a full tire swap, and requested the 2 best tires be kept. They bagged them, and put them in the cargo area without hassle. A day later, when I requested the 2 worn tires (for potential warranty/personal evaluation) Logan went into the stack of refuse tires and found the originals I asked for. Absolutely stand up service. Will be an eager patron going forward! Here's to 50k miles!
Very sleazy when it comes to honoring the warranty! Won’t even meet us half way with applying some warranty to the tires wearing out very fast! Not even lasting two years.
