I showed up 15 minutes early for my balance/rotation appointment. I was told that my car would be ready in 60-90 minutes, which I thought was a long time (they didn’t look very busy) and they confirmed my mobile number and said they would call when it was ready. 1hour and 45 minutes later, I went back to check status of my car since I had not received any notification. Had an appointment scheduled and came a few minutes early just for my tire to be changed it took 2 hours for them to mount 3 wheels because they forgot about the fourth one and just stood there, and they forgot to put on some plastic covers so that added even more time. In conclusion I wouldn't recommend costco for tire installation.

I would give zero stars if it allowed me Lessen learned.... DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!! I made an appointment earlier this week to get my tires rotated today. This is a rotation Costco requires since I purchased the tires here. So I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, got the paperwork filled out, and handed them my keys. Ordered tires online, next day the order was canceled due to out of stock. I was able to re order the next day. Got tires installed, all tires were left over inflated to 43 psi. They messed up my center caps too. Not the best.
