James was very communitive and helpful after an unfortunate nail in tire start to the day. They were able to get us in same day and repair the tire and get us on the road! Thank you!
Not great costumer service. I had to explain what I needed three different times before the man helping me finally understood. Did not seem like they were actually interested in figuring out what I needed and actually helping me.
5 Year Warranty is a SCAM! Refused to replace tires after 2 years due to "difference in tread depth".
5/2925 Update - If I could rate them less than zero, I would. By far the worst auto service of any type I've ever experienced during my entire life. The service is just as bad as my previous visit if not worse. They have an employee in tire center who I will not mention his name but he just yelled at me and talked very rudely to me for doing exactly what I was told to do.
