I had a tire rotation appointment scheduled for 12:15 PM. I arrived at the tire center around 12:25 PM, which I understand was 10 minutes late. However, there was no one at the service counter when I arrived. I waited there, then moved slightly so the employees in the shop could see me. A few minutes later, an employee came out. Unfortunately my battery died in February 2026, it was manufactured May 2025 so not even a year old. The employees tested it and confirmed it was bad.It had a 3 year warranty and they refused to replace it. Some warranty huh? Like that's terrible business. I went Walmart and purchased a 3 year battery with a no questions ask warranty with no receipt necessary they just look up the serial number on the battery there. Costco be better.
