If you are going to try to install for 2 hrs and call to inform me that the new tires ordered were too old to be installed due to safety concern, you could’ve checked the manufacturer date BEFORE the customer shows up for the appointment. It ruins everyone day and waste everyone’s time. It seems a repeat occurrence here.
It's difficult to schedule a appointment over the phone. Took three visits to get a appointment and the correct tires in. Third visit had the correct tires in that I ordered to be told after waiting 2 hours that they would not install them even though I had manager approval to install when the order was placed at the second visit. I ordered 55R20 tires, but they mistakenly installed 50R20. A week later, they called me to inform me of the mistake and asked me to return for a replacement.
