While the new tire purchase and installation went well, my vehicle was left on and running unattended once it was returned to the parking lot for at least 45 minutes until I returned to Costco, retrieved my keys and walked to my vehicle. This is ridiculously irresponsible as my vehicle could have been stolen, vandalized, or engaged into drive or reverse on its own and caused damage to my car and other vehicles as well as injury or death to pedestrians in the parking lot. Quick. Great service. No issues.
If you are going to try to install for 2 hrs and call to inform me that the new tires ordered were too old to be installed due to safety concern, you could’ve checked the manufacturer date BEFORE the customer shows up for the appointment. It ruins everyone day and waste everyone’s time. It seems a repeat occurrence here.
It's difficult to schedule a appointment over the phone. Took three visits to get a appointment and the correct tires in. Third visit had the correct tires in that I ordered to be told after waiting 2 hours that they would not install them even though I had manager approval to install when the order was placed at the second visit.
