I went to my dealership for a full inspection and told the rep to please inspect one of my tire due to low air indicator on the dashboard. The dealership reported back and said there was indeed a nail lodged causing a slow leak. I had 2 options filling the tire with air and leave or do the recommended: get an alignment ($159.95 even though my car was not pulling left or right) AND buy a new tire ($254.95) because it was deemed irreparable due to the “placement of nail”. I had a very unpleasant experience when I came in for a tire rotation. The employee asked me to bring the car up and hand it off to someone else, only for that person to immediately tell me to park the car somewhere else myself. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and poorly managed. There was no clear communication, and it wasted my time. Overall, the service was frustrating and unprofessional.
Made an appointment for tire rotation and balance. Arrived on time, was told 1hr, fine. Waited for 2hours. Felt really embarrassed to keep my friends waiting. Waited for another 5 minutes at the gate after checkout. Just not sure what is going on. This place needs more hands.

Seriously they need to get out of tire business and please get rid of tire center if you don’t know how to take care of your customers…. Really really disgusting and disappointing to wait like a creep for two hours without being checked just because we didn’t have an appointment. In that case… please don’t accept walk in or have courtesy to mention to the customer that it’s gonna take couple of hours or more than your life time to get the tires checked…… I don’t have a good opinion on Costco but today they showed their true ... read more
