Came in for a pre-booked rotation and balance appointment (4:45 PM, August 24). Despite having both an email confirmation and a text confirmation, staff could not locate my appointment and asked to see both before finally finding it. Not a great start. I visited them for a tire replacement, and the service was excellent. Although I had not so great experience with another representative, Mark and the manager were top-class professionals and went above and beyond. Both explained everything in detail, including the care instructions, and made sure I understood the process. I truly appreciated their professionalism and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tire service. Expect the servicing to take approx ~1.5-2 hours

Horrible experience for tire quality, customer service and wait times. Costco needs to get out of tire business to avoid tarnish their reputation. After tire rotation my tires are making so much noise that its unbearable. I went back to rotate again but they said I can't do it until next rotation after few months.

My tire got a puncture and I had to get it replaced, but it took almost a month. I had to drive around with the spare tire for a month, which was really embarrassing. On top of that, the service was extremely slow and unfriendly — the worst experience.”
