On Thursday. 9/25, worried about my "bald" tires. Then Ms. Emika, inspect & assure me tires fine, what to watch for, sugg. Wheel alignment & rotate. She is super worker, asset to Costco!
Took my car to get patched, made an appointment & showed up on time. I shopped then sat to the food court, waiting for the call that they were done. TWO hours after my appointment I go up and wait another 5 min for someone to service the desk. She asks me if I'm picking up, guess she forgot I dropped off since it had been TWO hrs.
