Took my car to get patched, made an appointment & showed up on time. I shopped then sat to the food court, waiting for the call that they were done. TWO hours after my appointment I go up and wait another 5 min for someone to service the desk. She asks me if I'm picking up, guess she forgot I dropped off since it had been TWO hrs. They can’t help me replace a windshield blade I bought inside Costco club. How would I trust them with my tires?! Bad customer service
I left my car for tire repair and didn’t get a phone call. My car satin the parking lot overnight. I called many times and never got through. I had to call the administrative staff next day to get hold the tire people. I was told it was ready the day before. Really bad experience.
