I found this left on axle after having a blowout replaced. Manager informed me they aren't allowed to do anything other than change tire. Misquoted price. Harassed to remove truck from parting lot while waiting on ordered tires.
Went in to get a patch on a tire on my friend car. He was told at least 30 mins. Two hours later and his car had just got in and then sat there for another 30 mins. He asked for a refund and have his car taken out , that’s when they put air in his tires and rolled it out.
Overpromised with time with overbooking, left untouched in the garage until I had to intervene
I debated whether or not to review this, but after describing what happened here to a mechanic who was shocked by my experience, I wanted to warn others and also express my disappointment. I’ve had really great experiences with other Costco tire centers, but this one I will never go back to. I had all 4 of my tires changed over the summer and things seemed to go well, but on my way home one of my hubcaps fell off. I’ve had my car for 6 years and have never had a hubcap fall off.
