I debated whether or not to review this, but after describing what happened here to a mechanic who was shocked by my experience, I wanted to warn others and also express my disappointment. I’ve had really great experiences with other Costco tire centers, but this one I will never go back to. I had all 4 of my tires changed over the summer and things seemed to go well, but on my way home one of my hubcaps fell off. I’ve had my car for 6 years and have never had a hubcap fall off. I have had four tires installed and balanced at the Bellingham Costco. This was the worst installation I have ever had. My mag weals were so covered in grease I could not see them. they have glued the weight on,but left the old glue on. Took me 2 weeks to finally clean them up. I would not recommend this store for anybody! Please stay a way from it! PeterN
5 1/2 hours later they still haven't touched my car
I visited the Costco tire center for a tire pressure check, and Gavin was exceptionally friendly. He not only checked the tire pressure but also examined the tread and recommended when we should replace the tires. His enthusiasm and professionalism were impressive.
