Forced my niece to buy 4 tires when she could only afford two. Don't sent your loved ones alone unless they can hold their own against salesmen. Very disappointing from Costco.
Would give zero stars if I could! The rudest and most condescending staff I have ever met. The person who I believe was the manager yelled out at me as I was leaving, stating that I don't get my tires rotated, even though I do. It was one of the most unprofessional things I've experienced. Would not ever recommend this location.
Appointments dont matter and are not honored. Simple tasks take hours.
