Would give zero stars if I could! The rudest and most condescending staff I have ever met. The person who I believe was the manager yelled out at me as I was leaving, stating that I don't get my tires rotated, even though I do. It was one of the most unprofessional things I've experienced. Would not ever recommend this location.
Appointments dont matter and are not honored. Simple tasks take hours.
Best location. Friendliest staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I want to give a shout-out to Guillermo and Derrick at the dealership. Both of them were able to explain to me what happened even though I know nothing about cars or tires.
