Got new tires put on 3 months ago and was fantastic. Got a flat and came in to have them patch it per the warranty on the back of the paperwork they give you during installation. Later on get told my car is ready and was told the under body and lift joints were too rusted and made noise when trying to lift my car so they could not patch the tire. Due to these observations they cannot lift it and service it. Confused on how the new tires could have been put on less than three months ago. I do not think rust happens that quick... read more
Similar to one of the reviews below. They cross-threaded one of my lug nuts when I went in for a winter tire exchange. They tried to sell me the story of how I had improper lug nuts. In all the years that I've rotated the tires out myself, I never once had an issue. Had to replace the stud at my own cost. Unfortunately Costco tire center still has the most decent price around here with warranty. Wish there was a Discount tire around that was closer!
Don't go here, go to an actual tire shop. I bought tires here and went to go put them on but they were unable to do so because I have swollen lug nuts (Very common issue). I called all the local tire shops nearby and they can remove those lug nuts very easily. I was told Costco didn't have the right tools...
First they ordered the wrong tires after I brought in a picture of the door jam sticker for them to order . Then at my installation appointment I waited 1 hour before I found out they had ordered the wrong tires. Then I had to wait another two weeks to order new ones and when I showed up for my installation appointment they said, “you didn’t get my message? I called and said the tires didn’t come in”. Truly terrible customer service. Go anywhere except here. They have an entire plethora of tires yet they couldn’t get the kind I needed in until Friday but the shop down the street had them the next morning. It was also abundantly clear no one in the tire dept. cares about customer service or really their customers, so why would they care about your car? Seriously. Don’t even waste your time here go to someone local with better reviews, it’s what I did and I’m very happy with the service I received AND the customer service.
