Zero stars!!!! Did Alex at the tire desk have a attitude problem, yes. Did the two other service associates have the exact same attitude, yes. we are a loyal Costco customer and Today I brought in my car for a scheduled tire repair that is included with the tire purchase at Costco. Got a nail in one my tires I had purchased at Costco. Made appointment and they refused to fix it because they claim tire was too worn out. Bought plug kit on Amazon and fixed myself. Such a waste of time coming here.
Wife ordered tires here. Appointment was at 12 PM. Told us it would be an hour and half. It’s currently 2:30 PM and it’s still not ready. Would not recommend
Definitely worthwhile to get your tires here, tire balance & rotation is free then!
