The two times we needed their assistance we faced a very unfriendly service particularly at the front desk. It seems as if they do not want to help. Very unprofessional and disappointing service that does not match the overall service quality at Costco. What a pity!

I bought 8 new tires. Last week I had 4 new tires put on my wifes car took two hours to put them on and the tire sensors didn't work. Had to have them reset them. Had to wait two weeks for my tires to come in.So today had them put tires on my car I told them to reset the sensors when they were done. Two and a half hours later got my car back and the tire sensors not working. So I had to back in and have them reset. I will never buy tires at Costco again and would not recommend to anyone

Took a tire off my car, made an appointment over the phone for a tire repair, despite being told it takes 1 1/2 hours to change a valve stem… they said it’s only $15. I got here and they won’t do it without a membership. It would have been nice to know this over the phone.

Great experience! Bought new tires. I came in with a damaged tire that could not be repaired. They helped me pick new tires and put my spare on to allow me to get home. They ordered tires and had them installed within two days. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely, the best service. Thank you Costco Grafton Tire Center.

The customer service and help I received from Kyle was so beyond helpful. I really appreciate that he took the time to get all the information I needed to find the tires I needed. He was thorough, professional, had great communication and again, extremely helpful. I’m so appreciative for his help.
