This is the worst place to go for anything. They have a check in counter no one monitors so you end up waiting for 10mins+ just to talk to anyone. There is no organization in terms of knowing what's going on with your vehicle so you have 5 people just standing around the desk waiting for help. They quote times it will take that are never correct. The staff is rude and seem like they could care less. Never again.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing tires at Costco, service was not good but worse. I now have a large crack across my wind shield. They said I came in with it and it shows up on their videos, but they will not let me see the video. This crack was hugh and could not have been missed when I drive my car every day. 2021 Honda CRV. I would not recommend having service at this location. (Grafton) I will not renew my membership either, terrible service all around.
