I bought my tires from Costco. Now I get free tire rotation and balance every 6,000 miles. Costco does a great job including re-toroque of lug nuts.

The customer service was good, and the tire prices were great. However, either the coordination of the front desk and techs is horrible, or Costco is being a juice box and not having enough hands on deck. If you make an APPOINTMENT you will still be waiting in the area of 2hrs. That's unacceptable. You can clearly see the staff here is working hard and each of them is doing the work for 2 people. They threw away my bmw tire valve caps and replaced them with some cheap ugly green ones. How do you just throw away stuff from a customers car?

Husband bought tires here and made an appointment. When got there for the appointment was told to get in line for people who where waiting to get air. And when it was his turn they would get to him. My question is whats the point of a appointment? The communication with the main office and the back is nonexistent. And very much lack of customer service. I mean all and all they are nothing special just like everyone else no pride and rude. But the job was done and the tires seem good. So just dont go in with high expectations... read more
