This place is chaos at all times. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone and you will get mixed messages about whether they will actually install a non-OEM tire size (ie. larger than original). I spent two hours waiting and in the end they would not install the tires I ordered, despite having spoken to the manager beforehand. When they re-mounted my old tires, they tore a large chunk out of the bead/sidewall (and failed to mention this to me), leaving me with damaged tires and a wasted morning. This is the first time I've ever felt inclined to leave a review and I'm pleased to say the service at the tire center here was phenomenal. I got a flat tire right before a trip I had planned when I would propose to my girlfriend so I went online and got 4 new tires but they weren't in stock. I purchased them hoping they would get shipped before my trip and an employee called me two days before saying they got them and to schedule the mounting. Bad experience, told me my lug nuts were bad, so I had to replace them elsewhere (they don’t work on lug nuts) got my lug nuts replaced and then told me I needed new rims and they couldn’t replace the tires, had to get refund. I would never recommend Kennewick Costco tires to anyone after this experience.
If you value your car or have relatively new wheels, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR for a tire job to Costco, Kennewick WA. I had three of my wheels come back scratched in the similar spot after a tire change (unfortunately I found this out a couple days later as I was not expecting damages).
