Bad experience, told me my lug nuts were bad, so I had to replace them elsewhere (they don’t work on lug nuts) got my lug nuts replaced and then told me I needed new rims and they couldn’t replace the tires, had to get refund. I would never recommend Kennewick Costco tires to anyone after this experience.
If you value your car or have relatively new wheels, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR for a tire job to Costco, Kennewick WA. I had three of my wheels come back scratched in the similar spot after a tire change (unfortunately I found this out a couple days later as I was not expecting damages). I also had the not-so-great experience with the in person service. This will be my first and last time for any tire job at this Costco. We stopped in for a torque check as we had tires installed at another Costco a week ago. The gentleman noticed that while the lug nuts torqued to spec, one tire was low. Being accustomed to driving older cars with tpms sensors that I havent bothered to calibrate, i had ignored our tire pressure warning light (it’s always on in the tundra and the Prius!)
