Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Got my tires swapped quickly
I bought two sets of tires at Costco and have been very pleased. That being said, getting in to take advantage of free tire rotations is a nightmare because they want you to call to make an appointment but never answer their phones.
Not great service. It’s unfortunate that this is my second time getting tires here and this is the second time they’ve scheduled the install and they don’t have what they need. No customer recovery, no explanation etc.
Amazing service! Regardless of how busy they are I was treated with patience and kindness. I have witnessed this same treatment to other members as I have waited for service. So much pressure and able to keep it together, ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ service.
