I recently had my tires changed at this location about a month ago. I only just had the opportunity to thoroughly clean my wheels for the first time since the service. While cleaning, I noticed some scratches on the barrels of my rims that appear to be in the areas where the old wheel weights were previously attached. These marks were not present before the service and seem consistent with damage that can occur during tire or wheel weight removal. I understand occasional wear and tear is normal, but this far exceeds that.

I bought two sets of tires at Costco and have been very pleased. That being said, getting in to take advantage of free tire rotations is a nightmare because they want you to call to make an appointment but never answer their phones.
