Very disappointed with the tire center at Costco Morganville. I went in to have all 4 tires changed, and the work was done very carelessly. As soon as I picked up my car and drove about half a mile, one of the rear tires went completely flat because the valve core was not properly secured. This created a very dangerous situation and I almost got into an accident. . This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as critical as vehicle safety. I brought my car in for the free tire rotation and balance, 7,000 miles since my prior purchase of the tires from Costco. They were great! They serviced my car within a reasonable amount of time. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the associates at the Costco tire service center in the Marlboro Costco. They were handling the installation of four tires that I had purchased online.They promptly had my car in service, actually even earlier than my appointment time. No after sales Hazard support. Costco claims to give roadside hazard assistance. I purchased new tiers two months back and had a flat tire. Kept calling for almost an hour on Saturday morning. No response at all. This is not the first time. Their tire center line is never reachable. I had to get the car towed to Mr Tire and get it fixed.
