I just brought my car in for the free tire rotation and balance, 7,000 miles since my prior purchase of the tires from Costco. They were great! They serviced my car within a reasonable amount of time. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by the associates at the Costco tire service center in the Marlboro Costco. I have purchased multiple sets of tires here for multiple cars over the years. Service has been typically good for tire installation. Even with appt there can be a long wait though. It seems the staff is overburdened and their software is ancient. Recently had a bad experience. One of my tires has a slow leak. Took it to this tire center because it is covered under road hazard warranty but they said it would take 5 hours wait for them just to look at it!
