I would never recommend purchasing tires or getting any work done at the Costco Tire Center. In the fall of 2025 Rachel sold me two tires based on her/Costco’s recommendation within my price range. At my follow up rotation appointment I was told they legally cannot rotate the tires because the front and back tires have different speed ratings. The people are very friendly, but their knowledge of tires is terrible. They recommended a tire for me, I paid $1000, and waited a month. Then I bring my car in, wait 2 hours (even though I had an appointment), and then they tell me these tires do not fit my car, even though these are the tires they ordered for me.
I had a 1:00 pm rotation appointment. Got there at 12:50 pm. Waited until 3:00 pm for my car to get done. Not sure what the point of an appointment is, if you’re going to wait 2 hours.
Poor service, disorganized, messed up every step of the process. I would not recommend
Abandon all hope, ye who enter the Costco Tire Center. Save 2+ hours of your life. Go to any other tire shop - Discount, Bell, even Walmart is faster and more responsive.
