This is way too long of an issue to explain here, but DO NOT GO HERE. This has officially been a two month long debacle for them to tell me they refuse to do anything to fix my tires. I even took my car to a dealership to fix what Costco claimed was the issue, only for the dealership to tell me that wasn’t the issue.
We had gotten a Costco mem bership this year to save money on gas and so we thought that having tires might cost a little less but when we priced out some michelin quality climate control tires they ended up being a little more on the initial quote and then when we went to pay the front service desk guy said he misquoted and now it was a $100 more but it has a 60k mile warranty on them so I said OK then and they ordered them.They called 2 days later and I came in for my 1pm appointment on Friday then they said they can't get... read more
