Pio (employee), you were very appreciated - A few weeks back I bought a car and my husband noticed that the tire pressure was reading 47 lbs per tire, which should have been 33 lbs per tire. We were to take a long trip the next morning so this needed to be fixed. We didn't have a way to reduce the pressure in them and it was nearing 8pm, and the dealership that had days earlier delivered me my new car was closed. I had a scrap on the tried wall (not tread) but it was very shallow, no wires or metal showing. I came in to see if I need the tire replaced. Without looking at the tire they said I should replace the two front ones. I was going to and as we were looking through tires the employee went back to talk to his manager and then came and asked if it was all wheel drive, it is and they said then I would have to replace all four tires. I left, went to an actual mechanic who said ot was cosmetic and super glued the little flap back on... read more
I came in for my appointment to install tires. There was no lineup to check-in the car. Counter staff were friendly and quick. Job was done within the hour.
