I came in for my appointment to install tires. There was no lineup to check-in the car. Counter staff were friendly and quick. Job was done within the hour.
Tire centre worker left me on hold while flirting with someone else. She hadn't pressed the hold button properly and I could hear them the whole time.
Huge props to Terek for being absolutely wonderful when helping us to get new tires for our car in a timely way. We were in a bit of a jam and he really came through. Terek is amazing and we're very grateful to him.
Not sure what's up with all the very critical reviews. Had a great experience with the tire centre so far. All the techs and desk people I've dealt with so far have been very helpful, especially Alex.
