I booked an apt. for a tire inspection because 2 of my Bridgestone tires were super noisy and have obvious bulges. Figured they were worn out as well as defective. +1 star because the staff member at the counter who was being swarmed by customers was managing to stay pleasant. -1 star for waiting in line 20min to drop off keys for my apt -3 stars for. Being told 'cant work on your tires because they're worn out" "cant find a history of tire rotations in our computer" (which matters why?) then being ignored. Huh? Don't you wa... read more
absolutely disappointed. I waited for my appointment for 3 weeks and today when I brought my new tires for seasonal replacement they told me that they would not do it because Costco policy if I did not buy tires from them prohibits them from doing this. Okay I understand that but why when you did my appointment 3 weeks ago and no one asked what tires I had where I bought them no one explained Costco policy to me. Absolutely unprofessional.
Normally don't have any issues with Costco. Today was a different story. Had an appointment booked a month in advance for seasonal tire swap. Arrived right on time and did some shopping expecting the service to be done by the time we were done; roughly 45 minutes or so. We finished our shopping (and getting dinner at the busy cafeteria) and went to the tire centre where we discovered they were only JUST putting the car on the hoist; this was 1.5 hours after the appointment time. Can't beat the price. The line is long sometimes but goes fast anyway.
Impossible to get a hold of, can't be 5 minutes late, no separate parking for them, getting my tires installed elsewhere
