Customer service is pretty slow however they are friendly. My issue is the garage calling me an hour after my appointment time and telling me that they can't put my tires on because I have one tire of a different brand and claimed my summer tires had somewhat low trends. This wasn't an issue with Coast Tire. I have one different tire because one of my tires got slashed last year, and they no longer sell the type of tires that my three summer tires are. The service here is non existing. I got emails and texts to remind me to be 15 min early other wise there can be a delay of 40 mins. I was here early and 50 minutes after my original booked time they first looked at my car and that was just because I made a scene! You see all the employees walking around and very few actually working! I respected their time and I would appreciate it if they could respect my time!
