I purchased tires here for the legendary Costco warranty. My tire blew out and they charge (equivalent to) full price for replacement tire. The warranty only applies if they can fix the tire, it doesn't cover a replacement. No problems with the staff, but this needs to called out specifically. Do not buy Costco tires for the warranty.
One of the most anxiety inducing experiences I've ever had. Why would you bounce me around to different costco locations for a replacement and not provide the damaged tire? I don't see how this was a humerus situation but I'm happy your team got a laugh at my expense
Despite seeing all the negative reviews here I decided to bring my car in for a flat tire situation and I’m so glad I did! The automotive guys were really nice and professional in helping me patch my tire. There was absolutely no pressure to buy new tires and they were helpful in letting me know what tires to look at if I did want to replace them in the future. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Will definitely be back!
Bad service go to other place.
I was quoted an hour to an hour and a half for my car. It was done under an hour!
