I have not a single clue who writes negative reviews about this place! I had a problem with one of my tires leaking 2-3 PSI a day, I've made an appointment, came in early for like 25 minutes, but they still accepted me with no questions. It was fixed on exact time they gave me upfront with no hustle and was super cheap, literally under 20$. They ended up patching 2 punctures and it not a problem anymore since then! Much appreciated! Adam on a front desk is the hero, awesome and super polite guy!
TL;DR: Go literally anywhere else. I recommend Discount Tire in Redmond. I tried Costco Tire Center in Woodinville because I'm already a member and it's closer to work. Big mistake. I got a flat and went to Costco instead of Discount Tire (which I'd used before with great service). I didn't know my car's exact trim, and the counter guy said it was no big deal—he'd just put down the base trim. Be aware that getting new tires installed here can take more than 3 hours, so plan your time accordingly.
Got appointment at 7pm, arrived early 10 min as requested and had to wait for 2,5 hours until they finish installing my tires. I wasn't nice and smiley when I've been asking when they would give me my car back but I had a 12 hours long work day behind, 4 hours of commute in total, hungry kids waiting for me at home and I believe my reaction was justified. I love Costco. I have spent a LOT of money with them. But their tire center is awful. When I bought the tires was a sad experience with their techs which is a different story. But later, got a repair done on a single tire out of a set I purchased. It was unrepairable and they replaced it. Guy at the front desk said you’re all good, handed my keys to me and I left. 3 months later they call me and tell me I didn’t pay for the tire and they’ll suspend my account if I don’t come in and pay.
