My wife was asked to sign off allowing Costco to break a lug nut during a tire service. She agreed knowing the risks. As shown in the attached photo, the entire wheel stud assembly was damaged, leaving the vehicle undriveable. Now we’re being told we need to tow the car over an hour away to another shop to get it fixed—likely after hours when the shop is closed. Violet!!!! It was my first time ever visiting a tire center and I was not aware that I need to stay outside of the line for my safety! I just passed the line couple of inches when Violet came towards me and aggressively telling me : Get out, get out! While pointing her finger to outside. I reminded her this is not an appropriate way to talk to a customer while she was still aggressive and not even caring attitude!

Was told that they'd transfer me to someone to talk about a specific 12v battery and no one one answered
Gunner in the Woodinville Costco tire shop should be a store manager. He slotted me in late in the day without an appointment and got me all squared away when he didn't have to. Others helped too but I didn't get everyone's names. Gunner completed the paperwork for my warranty and refund amount. It was almost closing time, snowing, dark outside, but you'd never know it from how nice everyone was. thank you guys
