Was told that they'd transfer me to someone to talk about a specific 12v battery and no one one answered
Gunner in the Woodinville Costco tire shop should be a store manager. He slotted me in late in the day without an appointment and got me all squared away when he didn't have to. Others helped too but I didn't get everyone's names. Gunner completed the paperwork for my warranty and refund amount. It was almost closing time, snowing, dark outside, but you'd never know it from how nice everyone was. thank you guys
It took over 2.5 hours for a scheduled appointment. I wonder if they even track any timing at all. Why give appointment if you can’t complete the work in a reasonable time
I would give a zero if I could. The lady at the front was some old rude bitter short lady with dark hair and was completely unprofessional and could not help with anything but giving me rude answers like I was a inconvenience trying to spend my money here. Shes needs to find a different job if she does not want to help paying customers especially when I'm here becuase my tires that I bought from costco did not make it a year and half before there was a issue and now costco doesn't want to help with their "so called" warranty... read more
they dont want you to buy. i was standing at the tire purchase kiosk for 20 minutes without a tire specialist in sight. eventually one of the folks from the customer service desk took pity on me and walked over, but i was fed up and left.
