Extremely busy and inefficient. I don’t understand why Costco has such inefficient departments. Although they said walk-ins welcome, don’t wait around without an appointment. Several months ago, I had an appointment for a tire rotation, waited for two hours, and then was told it wasn’t necessary. Today, I had some free time and decided to walk in for a rotation. Terrible service!!! My daughter had to wait almost 2 weeks for a tire they ordered to come in when told 3-5 days. They told her it’s fine to drive with a donut on all this time. Tire had a very slow leak and it would have been safer to leave it on and fill with air. I will never do business there
