I had very good customer service at the tire center. Having accidentally ordered tires not approved for my vehicle, Austin and Dominick were patient and helpful. I was able to upgrade my tires to something in stock and they got my new tires installed quickly!
Ignore the negative reviews on this place. Just got my tires replaced and it was a smooth experience. They had me out in an hour flat. I think the key things to do if I had to guess what went wrong for others are the following. 1) Book an appointment on a weekday ideally before 5. 2) Park in the designated tire center spots. As long as you do both you should be in great shape!
Appointments don't matter. Friendly people, but a terrible and inefficient system. Waited more than half an hour just to turn in my keys. Told 90 minutes, so slow walked through some shopping. When I returned they said it'd be another hour, so I am stuck with a full cart in the midst of chaos, no place to go, no place to sit. Just go to some normal tire place instead.
It would be nice if they filled your tires to the appropriate levels of nitrogen after spending nearly 1000 dollars for new tires so you don't have to do it yourself.
terrible service. don’t communicate properly made me come in 3 times because their employees gave me the wrong information.
