Tire service was supposed to take 1-1.5 hours but took 2.5 hours. Told they were short staffed. If that was the case then just tell the customer they are running behind so they can make the decision to leave and come back when the service is done.

Refused to put on slightly larger tires than original size. Vehicle has a lift, had the same size larger tires for 70k miles. Had to cancel appointment and refund tires. Waste of time for an idiotic policy
Fast and kind sales rep service, less than 15 min they addressed issues. I dont know why their customer omer ratings are so low??. Good experience here from Jersey.
