If I could give zero, I would. Scheduled a tire rotation a month ago, came in a little early even to make sure I was on time for my appointment, quoted an hour for a TIRE ROTATION…fine, I waited. Went up to the desk right before an hour was up and the desk guy said he’d check in. 5 minutes later, he came back and asked where the tire key was. Tried to get my tires rotated. Made an appointment. Arrived a little early. Nobody at desk. Waited awhile. Finally asked at main desk if tire department was open today. The person at desk got someone. Technician told me it would take over 90 minutes to get tires rotated.
Bought Michelin tires a few years ago. Earlier this week I got a puncture in one tire. Costco’s road hazard warranty covered most of the tire cost which normally isn’t covered by other warranties. Took my car in today to get the new tire put on, took a bit of time but I could tell they were busy, so it was okay. Ben was very helpful, and apologized for the wait. Will continue to take my car here for tire needs.
We've had 3 sets of tires put on and everything was done ahead of schedule.
