Took my Honda Odyssey in Friday with a flat tire under warranty. I waited around an hour just to find out it couldn’t be repaired. They then told me they could put a comparable tire on. Then I sat around another 15 min to later be told they couldn’t put that comparable tire on after all and I would have to order one and come back Monday. Got 4 new tires and told them my TPMS sensors aren’t working and they need to be checked. The techs mounted the tires and told me afterwards that they couldn’t check the TPMS sensors because they are aftermarket. Didn’t bother telling me that info BEFORE mounting everything so that we could actually fix the issue, buy new sensors etc. Now I get to look at the TPMS light every day for the next several years. Lazy technicians.
