I had the pleasure of waiting 2.5 hours for what was supposed to be a “priority” 9 AM tire appointment. Nate kindly assured me I would be taken care of quickly… what a charming imagination he has. During my stay, I was treated to the unique sight of Darrel (tire installer) enjoying himself in the food court while customers sat waiting. Truly, customer service at its finest. Updates on my car? Take your valve caps off before you let them touch your car! I have had two tires patched there and I have non-plain valve caps that say Jeep on them. Both times they put a cheap, plastic, plain valve cap on. The first time I was told they would look for it and to call back. They never found it. The second time, the lady I talked with said she wasn't there yesterday and there's nothing she can do about it.
