Quick, affordable, and no-nonsense. I made a Wednesday appointment on Monday, arrived at 12:15, and was out in exactly an hour. The staff is straightforward and professional—no fake smiles, just efficiency. They diagnosed two faulty TPMS sensors, called for approval, and finished the work 20 minutes later. Great value compared to local repair shops.
I ordered tires and I'm trying to get an appointment to get them put on only to find they never answer the phone. There is literally no way to get ahold of them. Phone just hangs up on you. Tried calling other departments... They answer the phone.
Double check your receipt!!! Had very unfortunate experience with a car battery. I bought a battery for my wife's car less than three years ago. The battery failed, so I went to get a new one. Turns out they scanned another battery when I purchased it, so they refuse to give me a replacement. But this wasn't my mistake. The error was on Costco side, but I'm paying the price ~$200.
