I ordered tires and I'm trying to get an appointment to get them put on only to find they never answer the phone. There is literally no way to get ahold of them. Phone just hangs up on you. Tried calling other departments... They answer the phone.
Double check your receipt!!! Had very unfortunate experience with a car battery. I bought a battery for my wife's car less than three years ago. The battery failed, so I went to get a new one. Turns out they scanned another battery when I purchased it, so they refuse to give me a replacement. But this wasn't my mistake. The error was on Costco side, but I'm paying the price ~$200. Theyre cheap because theyre incredibly slow.
I had the pleasure of waiting 2.5 hours for what was supposed to be a “priority” 9 AM tire appointment. Nate kindly assured me I would be taken care of quickly… what a charming imagination he has. During my stay, I was treated to the unique sight of Darrel (tire installer) enjoying himself in the food court while customers sat waiting. Truly, customer service at its finest. Updates on my car?
