Sold wring times for hybrid , breaks verbal agreements to replace tires and balancing my tires when asked not yo but returns vehicle with wheel tires more unbalanced and insults from supervisor saying b it's the car. Reporting to bureau
JUST HORRIBLE - They broke 2 of my tire pressure monitor sensors - and blamed me so they wouldn't have to pay or fix. Brought my Toyota Prius in for 2 new tires. When I parked it just outside their work bays ALL my Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors were working - no lights on dashboard lit up. When I went to pick up they informed me that the 2 sensors for the 2 tires I had them replace were broken - AND that it showed up when they drove the car into their stall. So they were not to blame. Tire center never answers the phone. I've called over two dozen times for over a week. Only way to get a callback is to call another department and have them hand deliver a written note to the tire center. Just take your business elsewhere.
