Quan is awesome. Picked up a screw and got us in to check within 10 minutes. Refilled our tires and was super helpful. Thank you Quan and Novato tire for saving me and my family!
Novato site. Due to an employee using the wrong size socket on my lug nuts, I have to replace them. The excuse I was given is that mine have a “factory design defect” that causes them to warp. The problem I have with this excuse, the person admitted they had to use a different size socket to tighten the remaining lug nuts. Now I am buying 20 new lug nuts to replace these because they rounded off the corners on the majority of them. Sucks for me. Won’t be trusting this site any more. 🤬
Strongly Recommended
Never have a problem. Always walk in without an appointment and they always get me in and out. An hour or two wait but that’s nothing. The big issue I do have is with their self tire inflation systems outside. I’ve come twice and both times they never work.
Don’t answer the phones, understaffed and hard to book appointments
