Have had great experience with the battery counter. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Also have great battery prices.
Took two hours to attempt to plug a tire. In the end, they would not do it because it had had a previous plug. Communication was awful and they also lost the emblem (center piece) from my wheel. Finally, it's minor, but the fact that there is no easy entry/exit to the tire center from outside seems unnecessary.
Took almost an hour and a half to remove a nail and then plug, and that was AFTER the car was in a bay. That’s also with an appointment set. The man who dealt with me at the counter was very impatient and rude like I was some inconvenience. The tire center DEFINITELY doesn’t have the same customer service as the warehouse.. seems like a totally different organization.
They have fixed my tires and did a great job!
I love Costco Warehouse, but not so much for the tire center. Customer support provides the bare minimum. Be prepared to take up to a week to fix any problems with tires and not be contacted once anything is ready. I spent a total of 10 hours and multiple visits just to see if a tire could be patched and then for a simple tire change.
