They have fixed my tires and did a great job!
I love Costco Warehouse, but not so much for the tire center. Customer support provides the bare minimum. Be prepared to take up to a week to fix any problems with tires and not be contacted once anything is ready. I spent a total of 10 hours and multiple visits just to see if a tire could be patched and then for a simple tire change. I was told each time I would be called once it was ready or they had new information and never was. Their battery support is very bad. I had enough for battery here.
No wonder they are the cheapest place- if you have LOT of time to waste and don't mind being quoted one price on the phone then charged a higher price when you get the tires then go: 1) Called for tire quote. quoted $971 for 4 plus a $60 discount plus tax should have been $974.77 (took old tires with me) I went next day and was charged $997.87. They could not explain why I was paying $23.10 more. 2) they failed to put the wheel lock back in my car, had to return to get it 3) they failed to give me DOT codes, one was on back ... read more
