Friendly and fast. great deals as well
They take old tires off and put new tires on. Beyond that, be happy if they don't break any TPMS sensors during the process because Costco ain't gonna subsidize that little problem at all. Kid at the front was nice, but $45 is a little steep for a TPMS sensor that wasn't needed until you broke it. I guess Costco doesn't buy those in bulk.
I thought I learned from the other reviewers. I wanted to be the reviewer that says hey, it's not that bad. So I made an appointment and I showed up 15 minutes early to have 2 tires changed. It took 2 hours and they didn't fully tighten the lug nuts. I found this out when my car started to shake about 60 minutes afterwards on the highway. I had to cancel my hotel for the night and stay at Holly springs. I don't think I've ever dealt with a more rude bunch in my life. I don't know much about tires and it isn't my area of expertise. Being talked down to as a paying customer for not knowing much about tires is insane.
