The service manager went above and beyond to squeeze me in on a very busy Saturday to fix my tire. Very thankful for them. This is my second set of tires and I've always had a great experience.

Took my car to Costco Tire Service Center yesterday. I made an appointment using the website. Was met at the desk inside by a very courteous and professional woman. I had a tire with a slow leak. She said it should take between 60 to 90 minutes to repair. I was called after 80 minutes by another very courteous and professional member of the Costco Tire Center team to tell me my car was ready. I’ve purchased many sets of tires from multiple Costco locations in multiple states. Customer service at the Little Rock location is unsatisfactory. Stefan may need additional training in regard to attitude, overall demeanor, and general ability to complete simple tasks on his computer. The install for a set of new tires took 3 hours, the longest I’ve ever experienced from any tire shop. I arrived early at the beginning of the day with a scheduled appointment.
