If I could give negative stars I would. Their customer service here is atrocious. Greeted us with a “ya?” when spending $500 on two new tires? insanity. Sad to know this is going to fall on deaf ears because even the managers here are incredibly rude and act as though you’re inconveniencing them and bothering them for literally doing their job.
Got tires. No great savings. Workers were not rude. But not one smile the entire time. I guess if I worked at a tire shop, I would act the same way. Prob won’t use them again. Sams was way nicer and I got like 80$ off my wife’s tires.
I ordered 4 BFGoodrich KO2’s online (costco) for my RAM Rebel and had them shipped + installed here. I called the Costco Tire Center this morning seeing if they could help squeeze me in today since I had previously missed an appointment I scheduled for Sunday (& there was only a certain timeframe that would work for me today/tomorrow)… Ed moved some stuff around for me and was able to get me in and out within an hour! I appreciate your promptness, guys. Thanks so much!! 10/10
