I wish I could give a 0 star review but regardless, I’m never getting my tires replaced through costco ever again. At first the reason we went to costco was because they said they had the tire we needed but then when we went there the first time, they didn’t have any instock so they had to be order one (one tire is all we needed replaced). Then we went again today and dropped it off at the scheduled time 3:15pm. Me and my mom shop and get food there at costco and it is 4:34pm and still heard nothing from them. An opportunity for serious improvement.
I ordered some tires for my civic. My tires arrived earlier than expected. The staff was able to squeeze me in a week before my original appointment date. I dropped my vehicle off at 5:30 the day before my appointment, and I got a call at 7:00 (an hour and a half later) that my car was ready. Great customer service, great flexibility, and great prices. As a former customer service member in the tire business, I would highly recommend getting tires through costco.
Highly recommend getting tires at Costco! All the great reputable tire brands, good deals, amazing warranty, and excellent customer service at this location! Zach, Raul, and the team were awesome!! 5 stars!!
Good place for tires. They did a great job of calling after I ordered tires to tell me they had them on stock and scheduled me the next day. 4 stars for a busted hubcap and not letting me know it had happened. Did not notice until I returned home.
