Hi, I went for my tire installation. The person called Heeja helped me to do it for free. In Canadian Tire, which cost $30. He gave me knowledge about installation. I'm really happy with the service. Surrey Costco Tire Centre gave us a free tire pressure machine, which is also suitable for us as Costco members. I really like to deal with Costco, and thank you, Costco, for everything.
I seriously regret not reading the recent reviews before coming here — that’s on me. I showed up exactly on time for my appointment, dropped off my car, and came back an hour and half later... only to find out my car hadn’t even made it into the bay yet. How do you get 2.5 hours behind when all your appointments are scheduled in advance?
Extremely poor service I paid them full for my tires at April 15 they gave me a appointment for April 25 for tire installation and I came on appointment time 15 mints ago and I parked vehicle next to tire shop took time to find appointment there and once I got turn inside they said sorry your tires are not arrived here , they didn’t informed me prior to my appointment.
