Just bought a new pair of tires, claimed a warranty road hazard got it with no problems. When they gave me the tire they had changed my valve core to a different one without my approval. When i returned for a tire rotation, they didnt put my lug cap on the rim properly, as I was driving it fell off, I spoke with the manager and he said himself it was lose yet he said nothing and recorded nothing on the report or notes of the tires. Anka and Erica were both personable, friendly and polite. I received excellent service and job was completed early. Saved hundreds on tires & install compared to other tire centers I contacted.
Bought tires online went in for my appointment and they couldn't get one of the lug nuts removed. Advised me to goto a mechanic to have them removed, paid $40 and had to rebook for next week. Came back for appt and my tires had been refunded, since I bought them online they couldn't honor the price I paid and wanted me to now pay full price. Just a complete waste of time and legitimately horrible customer service from this location. Will never recommend them for any servicing I'm very shocked.
