Thirty minutes wait, only one person working. The workers remind me of Zootopia sloths
Rude rude rude. Customer service girl was dismissive and rude. Waited 45 mins in line just to get a cost estimate, then asked to go get my card which was with my wife shopping in store, then returned with my card and same girl told me to go to the back of the line. I gave up after 1 hr. Got my tires at Canadian Tire.
I have brought my 2024 Kia Forte in for a tire repair twice now. On March 3rd and today April 4th 2026. Both times I did not have an appointment and both times Tatiana was able to squeeze in right away and have the tire repaired in under an hour! This is EXTREMELY courteous and understanding of her as we all know how impossibley busy it gets here. Very good experience in Costco tire centre, very quick service and very polite and helpful staff.
Iam writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience with Costco’s tire warranty service. Approximately 1 years ago, I purchased tires for my Tesla Model 3 with a stated 70,000 km warranty. When I returned with significantly worn tires within that period, my warranty claim was denied. I was informed that the warranty would not apply because the vehicle was used for business & commercial purposes.
