Hi, I went for my tire installation. The person called Heeja helped me to do it for free. In Canadian Tire, which cost $30. He gave me knowledge about installation. I'm really happy with the service. Surrey Costco Tire Centre gave us a free tire pressure machine, which is also suitable for us as Costco members. I really like to deal with Costco, and thank you, Costco, for everything.
I seriously regret not reading the recent reviews before coming here — that’s on me. I showed up exactly on time for my appointment, dropped off my car, and came back an hour and half later... only to find out my car hadn’t even made it into the bay yet. After I complained, they finally slowly moved it in, as if they were doing me a favor. It’s been over three hours now, and I’m STILL waiting — just for a tire inspection. A tire inspection!
