Worst experience they give me appointment for changing the tires and took money and took my car inside then after 1 hour one person came and said that's we have no matching tires of your car if they don't have any matching tires then why the costco tire wasted my 1 hour's why they not checked the number before why they took money and then said no matching tires totally non professional and after that the first price they give us 799 now they changed the price to 1199 for the same tires
I had a tire repair appointment at Costco Surrey, 2026, at 6:00 PM . During drop-off, staff confirmed details including the wheel lock nut and took my phone number in case of issues. At 7:00 PM, I received a text saying my car was ready, so I assumed the repair was completed. My experience in so many years with Costco Tire Centre Surrey has been pleasant but for the last visit on May 13, 2026. It was for installation of a new tire replacing one of the 4 tires which had picked up a tack nail on its wall, needing replacement. Went to Surrey tire centre at Surrey on May 08, 2026 and was given an appointment for 10:30 am on May 13, 2026. Downtime of 5 days without my car was a bother but manageable. Thirty minutes wait, only one person working. The workers remind me of Zootopia sloths
Rude rude rude. Customer service girl was dismissive and rude. Waited 45 mins in line just to get a cost estimate, then asked to go get my card which was with my wife shopping in store, then returned with my card and same girl told me to go to the back of the line. I gave up after 1 hr. Got my tires at Canadian Tire.
