I had an appointment for a flat tire repair, booked a week in advance (no walk-ins even for flat tires). Despite arriving on time, I waited about an hour and forty minutes. After the repair, I checked the tire pressure and found it 6 PSI low, even though they claimed to have checked all tires. I had confirmed the pressures myself before coming, but they had under-inflated some of them. I returned for corrections, and even after that, one tire was still low. Avoid using Costco for new tires. When I had a leak, I went there to have them fix it and they told me because I didn’t have an appointment they would not be able to help me. How am I supposed to book an appointment when it’s an emergency tire leak… Every other tire place would see me right away no problem and never charged me and I didn’t even buy tires from them. Meanwhile, the shop that I actually bought the tires from won’t help me in a pinch and I need to buy an entirely new set of tires soon and they’re not interested ... read more

Zero service! Have been executive member with Costco for almost 2 decades and their customer service has gone down the hill. Called twice and no one answered their phone. No call back too. Do not think they really care.
