I seriously regret not reading the recent reviews before coming here — that’s on me. I showed up exactly on time for my appointment, dropped off my car, and came back an hour and half later... only to find out my car hadn’t even made it into the bay yet. How do you get 2.5 hours behind when all your appointments are scheduled in advance?
Extremely poor service I paid them full for my tires at April 15 they gave me a appointment for April 25 for tire installation and I came on appointment time 15 mints ago and I parked vehicle next to tire shop took time to find appointment there and once I got turn inside they said sorry your tires are not arrived here , they didn’t informed me prior to my appointment. Had a tire rotation done here. They broke my hubcap. I was told a manager would get back to me about repairing the damage, but that never happened.
