I gave my car yesterday 5:15pm for a winter tire change they said they will be done in 1.5 hours then they did not return the car to me till 8pm. Then when went to my car I realized the pressure sensors were not working. They failed to notify me. When I went in today asking them to look at it they told me to book another appointment and did not want to take accountability for their actions. After going back and forth and wasting my time then they finally decided to look at it. The tech working their admit broke my passenger ... read more
They keep telling people it takes 90 mins to finish. I gave my car at 4pm and they did not take it inside till I came back 1.5 hours later. I don’t understand why they keep giving false timelines when they can’t deliver. People that were in line after me got their car before me because they kept pestering them to complete it. Will not come here again. I’d say go to a different location and avoid this location at all cost.
Kevin and Jay and the reception at this location absolutely went above and beyond, and need to be acknowledged for this! Ordered tires online and because of the sheer volume of tires, receiving was very backed up. My original appointment for install was honored and accommodated. In the pouring rain, their technicians came out and like a NASCAR pit crew, i was in and out in seconds! Even put the center caps back on which saved me from doing it! Kudos to all of you, hopefully they will get you at least a pizza lunch!
Extremely slow and very incompetent. Booked an appointment weeks in advance, 12pm appointment and still no service until 2pm. Notified that my lug nuts were too swollen to be removed. Took my business to a competent tire shop that had no issues
