The Costco itself is fine, but the tire shop is a gongshow. I’ve tried to be patient and for some reason keep coming back since I’m a Costco member, but everytime I get my tires swapped, something goes wrong. First I purchased winter tires in November 2024. I requested TPMS set up while booking the appointment. I had an appointment for a seasonal tire change. I had the replacement tires already. I waited a FULL 2 hours for the staff to finally come out and say " sorry we could not put your tires on as they are bald". I asked why they did not tell me HOURS AGO as I was sitting inside the tire shop waiting for them to finish, their response " we're short staffed". Who's fault is it that they are short staffed? Because I just wasted over 2 hours of my life on this GARBAGE customer service, do better Costco
