I came into the tire center on a Thursday afternoon because Costco.ca had a special on rims that I was interested in. I didn't feel confident in the sizing option so I was hoping to get the advise of somebody with more expertise to avoid purchasing the wrong size. Im going to lead this with DO NOT COME TO THIS "TIRE SHOP"!! Should be ZERO stars. The incompetence is just too much. Bought new winter tires from this location and had installed, they removed my existing 1.5 year tires and bagged them and loaded them up and away I went. Came to have said tires put back on, still in the exact bags they sent me with. An hour into my appointment time they call and say they cannot swap the tires. They are so badly damaged its not safe.
