Don't swap your tires here if you value your time I checked in at 5:48 pm and got my keys back at 10pm. They were already mounted on rims and balanced. It should not have taken this longl
Horrible wait times for a tire rotation. I only gave it a 2 star and not a 1 because they were honest upfront about the long wait time; But it took 2.5 hours for a tire rotation. Brought my car in (with an appointment) at 3:45pm and only leaving at 6:10pm. They should take less appointments instead of over jamming their schedule book
They accept an appointment with you. But will find ways to reject the work ONCE they inspect your tire rims Etc. . My tires and rims where the all standard.. size and even the load specs . But REJECTED . Really it's a waste of time
Called me asking for a tool to remove standard lug nuts, in a shop that primarily only changes tires. They had the tool, but claimed I “should” have one, and “should” be providing it to them.
Tire center never answer their phone for appointments.
