Will update this later after service but I bought new tires online and scheduled my appt to have them installed right after. I received an email telling me my tires were ready and that they needed to be installed within 7 days. That is before the appt I booked (couldn’t schedule it any sooner, wasn’t an option on site when I booked). Nobody answers the phone number.. it just rings off the hook. Great customer service provided by Sam the front counter staff. Satisfied with the tire service as well. I liked the fact that they checked the air pressure on all four tires even though that was not the reason I came in. The only downside I can think of is that they don't take walk-ins. So if you need a tire repaired or replaced immediately, this might not be a good option.
Waited over a month for nitrogen conversion on tires and came there on time for appointment and now they have 3 hours waiting for a 10 minutes job. Poor service and time management.
