Honestly disappointing experience went for an oil change they left my car unclean. Customer service is horrible. They didn’t even tell me where they parked my car I had to go searching for it. Just go somewhere else.
Totally dysfunctional, always a long line at the counter with inpatient patrons that cut in line. If you buy tires here avoid the ‘free’ installation, I waited 2 hours for a tire change, my car sat in the parking lot for 1.5 of those hours. They expect you to go shopping in the meantime, what a scam. Go to a real garage.
Un service médiocre et lamentable qui ne mérite même pas une étoile. J'ai acheté les pneus directement au comptoir et j'ai insisté sur le fait que je dois changer l'huile en même temps que le changement de pneus et on m'a confirmé que le nécessaire sera fait. J'ai parlé par la suite avec 2 personnes qui m'ont contacté pour confirmer le rdv de la pose des nouveaux pneus et à chaque fois je leur rappelle que je dois faire le vidange aussi. Staff members working at the tire center, are Super rude. I was just told to come here, no mention of the cost, such horrible attitudes. The individual asked me a question and then cuts me off , last time I come here to change my tires. I would rather pay more, and be treated respectfully and get a quality job done!
