Firstly, I should have read the reviews before choosing this Costco Anjou Tire Center, so that’s on me. Long story short, I went there on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 for a routine oil change and tires balancing. Right after the service, I noticed my hood sensor was damaged: the car computer thinks the hood is open while it’s fully closed. I later noticed that this error disables some of the car functions, such as Auto Hold or proper car lock, which is very annoying. Peut être moins cher mais, attendez-vous à attendre !!! Changement de pneus : troisième visite (j’ai deux voitures) et les trois fois j’ai eu des retards de fou ! Variant entre 90 minutes et 3 heures de retard! À se demander si c’est fait par exprès pour qu’on aille dépenser pendant ce temps. Désolé mais c’était la dernière fois. Je ne recommande pas
Won't answer the phone (tire center). Tried multiple time with 1-2 hours between my call. They either don't pick up or hang up. I guess I should have spend 2k on tires elsewhere.
