Refused to rotate my tires after purchasing from Costco. 23000 miles on them told me to buy new tires Terrible service! I’ll go elsewhere!
Very bad experience. After balancing wheels they don't even clean salt from rims and put balance weight on top, and they fall off in two days
When dropping off they said it would be about an hour. Two hours past appointment time still nothing. They then said it would be another hour, so 3 hours for a simple rotation, with an appointment booked.
