I’m quite lucky today? Just needed less than 1.5 hours to pickup my car for new tires installation in Sunday (though took 15 mins wait in line for checking in). Staff services were great too. Thank you.
Very poor experience having new winter tires installed at the Sunridge (NE) Costco location. First, there was absolutely no parking available in the lot. Literally zero parking to drop off our vehicle. Wait times to even check-in and drop off the keys was over 30 minutes, making us late for our appointment time. Why is there not a separate line for people asking questions, ordering tires, or buying batteries?? Then, it took them over 4 hours to install our tires, because "one of their machines was broken". Made an appointment. Had to wait 3 hours. why accept more customers if there are already people with appointments and it's so busy?
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Costco NE’s tire centre , calgary. It took 4 hours just to have my winter tires changed—a completely unacceptable wait time. This entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming, and I would strongly not recommend Costco NE, calgary for any tire-related services.
