Very bad service. I buy tires from others places never they ask me about my spare tire. Front desk man is just asking about my spare tire if have or not. Because they will sell me only flat less tires then if I do not have spare tire.is not your problem it my car just give me price on tires. This is first last time I will never buy Costco membership.
The lady at the tire service desk was extremely rude. Her behavior is not appropriate for a customer-facing role. A single interaction with her can easily spoil a customer’s day. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves the customer service experience.
First time writing a bad review for Costco .. in twelve years . Front desk lady in tire section is really rude for no reason … May be she talks like that as normal … please change her from front desk and give her some place where she has not to deal with customers because not zero but negative customer service … She herself talks rude and blames others for being rude .. secondly . Very disappointing experience for tire swap. I booked an appointment for my winter tire swap one and a half months in advance. On the day of the appointment, I arrived on time, but after waiting 45 minutes, I was told by tire service manager that they could not install my seasonal tires because of edge wear/rounding issues and improper alignment. You would expect to have an appointment within 30 minutes of opening that you get your car back within an hour, but not here.... 2+ hours to switch from winter tires to summer one. The lady at the desk was nice, but the issue is either at the back or management who don't hire enough mechanics or they overbooked, but obviously they don't care about customers time and satisfaction.
