The customer service in this centre is very bad , I left work a drove by to ask them if them that my car is showing a flat tire , one young gay was ready to help me , then another one mid age little skinny l ( didn't get his name ) came out and was so rude and ask me what is the problem then I told him that's my screen in the car showing flat tire , then he plaied dumb he said ; I don't know what that's mean I don't know what (2.2 bar ) means . They said my oil filter has a problem and there's no wrench to remove it, so they refused to change my engine oil. The oil filter was changed by the manufacturer's team just six months ago. Thanks for the reminder, Costco!
I had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center with my Lexus ES. Shawna Fasseel was exceptionally professional, clear, and truly helpful throughout the process. Her way of handling everything really stood out and made a big difference. Thank you Shawna & David for your cooperation and support. Overall, the customer service was excellent. They know how to treat customers and earn their loyalty. Five stars.
