Tires shop is totally zero. If you can have enough employees then why you book oppointment
Came in for a tire patch, they removed my tire from the rim, put my spare tire and then came to me and told me that they couldn't put the tire back on as the hole was too big once they removed the nail. I got my money back but my time wasted. I go to my vehicle and yea my tire is separate from the rim, and the nail is still in the tire and they made a mess of my car and it smelt like BO. I went to another mechanic and they fixed everything and patched the wheel in half the time costco took to do nothing but damage.
I had good experiences with this location, but as of late, that has changed. Get everything in writing - I wouldn’t trust anything they say unless you get it documented.
