They don't pick up their phone
Had an appointment for changing winter tires and waited for 2.5 hours. The service desk lady said it’ll take 1 hour at the beginning and then said the average wait time is 1.5-2 hours after I asked her after 1.5 hours. After 2.5 hours I saw my car back to the parking lot yet no one called me. I waiting a bit longer and asked the lady and it turned out the car is already ready. Will not come back again.
They don't pick up the phone
Nad was so helpful. We purchased 4 winter tires for our Ford escape. When we got there we asked a serviceman where to park and he was so sweet and moved pylons for me yo park. The front desk staff were friendly too. Nad kept coming out to give us update on timeliness. Thank you to all the service staff at the tire center. Will tell all my family and friends to go there.
Terrible wait times, unacceptable customer service. No one picks up the phone despite calling on different days and different times. 0 Stars
