Albert has been amazing! I got my tire changed in another location but found it bit weird afterwards. Went to this location for the torque check. Expressed my concern to the check in counter but the guy was indifferent, claimed it’s just alignment issue and claimed he would void my warranty. Alright, then just do the torque check. Alfred just so happened to be there for the check and I expressed my concern. He immediately offered solutions and did a quick rebalance for me.
