Bought our winter tires there a couple of months ago and everything went great, car unfortunately picked up a screw and took it back to get it fixed. Not only did they get the car in immediately but they ended up replacing the tire for free due it being unrepairable.
Worst experience, older staff thinks they are superior and customer is uneducated about their rules and regulations. Rude and disrespectful staff. Used to get service for myself from last 7 years ,but not anymore from this location. Older staff needed to be trained again about customer experience. Who is stupid paying $120 just for membership.
3 star, got a good deal on tires but they broke my tire pressure sensor and calling them you go to the automated system that auto hang up. Also left a voicemail for the tire department centre and she hasn’t contacted me at all. Wish they were friendlier and easier to get ahold of.
Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Received a phone call asking me to pick up my newly purchased tires because they were finished mounting them on on the rims. When I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about and the tires were not ready. The woman at the front desk was very rude. When I returned two days later after being called again to come and pick up the tires, the same woman told me she had no record of the tires and said they were already picked up. What a pleasant experience! Costco tire is always crazy busy at this time of year. Bought the tires online (highly recommend it, makes the experience faster for everyone), booked the appointment online too, also recommend that. While there, the person out front was fast friendly service. The person who brought my car out was too. I can't say enough about how great the attitude was on a busy day.If you plan it, you can get your groceries while your tires are done and have it be a seamless experience. Thanks all!
