I just do not understand how a shop owned by Costco provides a services that is quite poor to a level lower than maybe a small business. How can a business claim to be able to provide an excellent services when they are unable to simply take calls from their customers ? One of the worst places to visit to take your car for maintenance.
Got a flat tire in the Costco parking lot on October 16 at approximately 7:20 pm. I asked if they could assist given the situation. The guy I spoke to said they were full and to call CAA and get it towed to the Canadian Tire across the street (which was closed by the time CAA arrived anyways). Not accommodating at all, useless shop.

After reading other Google reviews, it seems this Tire Centre has had ongoing service issues for quite some time. Unfortunately, my own experience confirms this. I’ve been a loyal Costco member for years, but my recent experience at the Tire Centre in the Mississauga Laird Rd. warehouse was very disappointing: Purchased 4 tires in Nov 2024; one began leaking in Sept 2025.
