I'll admit I was very hesitant to go here from reading all the negative reviews but I was saving almost $400 on tires here. I ordered online, booked the appointment and got texted few days later that my tires have arrived earlier and I can rebook earlier. Sweet, rebooked at 2:15pm that same day. Took car the car and we went home. 2 hours later the car was done at 4:15pm. Went over and checked the car, no damages and tires installed correctly. Extremely disappointed with Costco Tire Centre. About a month ago, I made a reservation for a tire change scheduled for today. I dropped off my vehicle early, only to be informed later that they would not perform the service because the new tires I brought in had a size that was "not OEM" and exceeded their strict 3% variation policy. My current winter tires are 275/55 R20, and I was replacing them with my own summer tires, which are 275/60 R20 — both Continental brand. Had an appointment at Noon was told it would be an hour to and hour and a half. We waited 3 hours before service was completed. We were initially charged around $50 for a seasonal change, however later charged an additional $30 as the tires were purchased elsewhere (they came with the vehicle). The little savings were not worth having to sit there for 3+ hours.
