Completely disappointed with the experience at the Costco Tire Centre. After installing brand new tires, my car developed noticeable steering wheel vibration at highway speeds that was not there before. While I understand mistakes can happen, the most frustrating part is the lack of timely follow-up support — the next available appointment is far out, even though the issue appeared immediately after their service. Had my tires changed last November, everything was fine. When the service was complete nobody told me, I notice it parked outside (The store was closed and I was waiting inside as they were behind that day, no big deal). Fast forward to today when I was switching back to the summer tires and noticed a screw in the sidewall. The screw was identified and circled, but nobody bothered to tell me. All tires were at the correct PSI prior to going for the tire change leading me to believe this happened in the shop.
Big shoutout to Costco tire team here. Very accommodating and solution oriented. (Cassidy, Nolan and Kevin) you all rock.
Got to enjoy Keegan style customer service at the airport Costco location tire centre. Hands down one of the worst run teams I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any industry. I brought my car down March 23rd and was assessed and bought / ordered 2 tires. Was told I would be notified when tires arrived. Well that never happened. Got my vehicle in on time when scheduled, took just shy of 2 hours for a tire changeover & balance which is fine. In & out happy customer.
