Would give 0 stars if possible. Was using tire refill station and ended up having to put on my spare tire due to a flat. Couldn't get spare onto car and asked one of the techs for five minutes assistance to get the bolts lined up (easier 2 man job). Was rudely told he was too busy to help. As a 15 year Costco Membership holder, I would have expected much better than this.
Brought my truck in and had new tires installed for a super cheap price and everything was quick and professional. Kelton and Nolan did me right
Completely disappointed with the experience at the Costco Tire Centre. After installing brand new tires, my car developed noticeable steering wheel vibration at highway speeds that was not there before. While I understand mistakes can happen, the most frustrating part is the lack of timely follow-up support — the next available appointment is far out, even though the issue appeared immediately after their service. Had my tires changed last November, everything was fine. When the service was complete nobody told me, I notice it parked outside (The store was closed and I was waiting inside as they were behind that day, no big deal). Fast forward to today when I was switching back to the summer tires and noticed a screw in the sidewall. The screw was identified and circled, but nobody bothered to tell me. All tires were at the correct PSI prior to going for the tire change leading me to believe this happened in the shop.
Big shoutout to Costco tire team here. Very accommodating and solution oriented. (Cassidy, Nolan and Kevin) you all rock.
