I had an unfortunate experience at Costco Tire center. My first and last I had an appointment, reached on time, handed my keys and they said come back in 1.5 hours. My first thought was why do I have an appointment if it’s going to take 1.5 hours to get tires changed. Anyways, I go away and come back after 1.5 hours because I hadn’t received a call yet. Hire some staff
Trevor was super understanding of a bit of an odd situation with how a family member helped purchase my tires with our joint membership. This meant a lot. I also appreciated Ravi coordinating the scheduled appointment during what seemed to be a pretty busy time and offering suggestions for how to address the discovered issue. The team was great.

I asked the tire representatives to place the wheel locks on my tires but they refused. They stated that alloy and steel rims have different wheel locks and said they wouldn’t even bother trying it. I requested them to try so I can see but they still refused. Even the manager refused. I went to my personal mechanic and he said the wheel locks aren’t different and they fit perfectly. I almost wasted money to get new wheel locks because of the guys advice. The technicians are either not knowledgable or careless.
