Overall a good experience. Took about 1hr to get them changed, the rims were a bit dirty and they forgot to put the lug nut covers back on. Main issue was I got an email saying tires were ready but when I checked the status online it wasn't updated. I gave it 2-3 days to update, it was still stuck at "shipped". I called them 4-5 times, no one picked up and no voicemail option. Thankfully the tires were in fact there when it was time for my appointment.
I had an unfortunate experience at Costco Tire center. My first and last I had an appointment, reached on time, handed my keys and they said come back in 1.5 hours. My first thought was why do I have an appointment if it’s going to take 1.5 hours to get tires changed. Anyways, I go away and come back after 1.5 hours because I hadn’t received a call yet. Trevor was super understanding of a bit of an odd situation with how a family member helped purchase my tires with our joint membership. This meant a lot. I also appreciated Ravi coordinating the scheduled appointment during what seemed to be a pretty busy time and offering suggestions for how to address the discovered issue. The team was great.
