Service here is awful, I’ve been waiting for 2 hours. When I go to the window to check the car, the guys are dragging themselves around the floor as if they were dying. my car has been lifted for over 1 hour, It’s usually 40 min service at warden and ellsmere location! Not coming back here. Avoid this location !!!!
Shop n tires done. Great
Replaced all 4 tyres. Trevor was helpful at the front desk. Everything got done smoothly and within the schedule given. The back office team in the tire shop was efficient and professional in their work.

Overall a good experience. Took about 1hr to get them changed, the rims were a bit dirty and they forgot to put the lug nut covers back on. Main issue was I got an email saying tires were ready but when I checked the status online it wasn't updated. I gave it 2-3 days to update, it was still stuck at "shipped". I called them 4-5 times, no one picked up and no voicemail option. Thankfully the tires were in fact there when it was time for my appointment.
