My husband went to get two tires changed, and this has been an extremely frustrating experience. For over a week and a half, he tried calling to reschedule the appointment; no one ever answered. He even called today to let them know he would be late, and again, no answer. When he arrived, the employee couldn’t find our appointment in the system. Service here is awful, I’ve been waiting for 2 hours. When I go to the window to check the car, the guys are dragging themselves around the floor as if they were dying. my car has been lifted for over 1 hour, It’s usually 40 min service at warden and ellsmere location! Not coming back here. Avoid this location !!!!
Shop n tires done. Great
Replaced all 4 tyres. Trevor was helpful at the front desk. Everything got done smoothly and within the schedule given. The back office team in the tire shop was efficient and professional in their work.
