Currently have nothing positive to share…only disappointment and extreme frustration. In past it has been mostly due to their lack of customer service, impossibility of contacting the department (I’ve even had to drive to the store to speak with someone as they do not answer their phones) and long wait time even within the store. I had a scheduled appointment for a tire change, arriving on time and expecting the process to be efficient as per the purpose of an appointment system. However, I was directed to join the end of the walk-in line, with no consideration given to my booking. This experience raises an important question: what is the purpose of offering appointments if they are not being honored? It creates confusion and undermines customer trust in the process. Technicians are more concerned about their discussions than installing tires. 1.30hour to change 4 tires . Asked the supervisor and said I had people in front of me . Yes ok . But all you did was talk between each other and no other cars were done. Complacency is stong at this place...
