We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Kayla at the Costco in Saratoga. My husband and I were looking at a piece of furniture on display, and Kayla went above and beyond to help us track down the exact items we needed. She was incredibly efficient, clear in her communication, and so kind throughout the entire process. Her positive energy made the experience not only seamless but genuinely enjoyable. We’re so grateful for her help—thank you, Kayla!
Leslie was working the scanner at the front and I tried talking to her but she would keep cutting me off before I could finish what I was saying and was super disrespectful to my wife ignoring her, that’s not the Costco experience or the employees I normally engage with I hate to see them hiring such a incompetent person who has no social skills and anger issue's. I normally love the Costco experience but she has always made it hard to love.
