I had a tire appointment today on Saturday April 18, and the staff informed me that the tires hadn’t arrived. However, it was as pictured below that they had arrived. The staff is clearly extremely lazy and unhelpful. If you need tires, plan your appointment three weeks in advance because they won’t make any effort to assist you or provide good service.
I really only had to deal with Nick! But I would definitely come back to this tire center just because of him. Already came down from Salt Lake because they were the only ones that had the tires I needed. But because of Nick, the drive was 100% worth it and that would definitely go back here.
Allen was so helpful! We had a flat tire in the parking lot and he came out to help us even when he didn't need to. Will definitely be coming here in the future for any tire needs!
