Even after the appointment, extremely long wait times (Avg 2 hrs) always, just for the tire rotation and alignment. On top of that, the front desk people are always rude and unwelcoming.
Costco has high-quality tires and if you’re getting a whole set, there’s usually some coupon for at least some of the brands they carry like Michelin where you can get a pretty good deal. Their warranty is good, they rebalance them for free if you purchase them there, and they fix flats for free. The problem is that the wait for the tire center is often long.
Great prices, they always use nitrogen, and they ensure each tire is inflated to the proper pressure and torqued to spec. They only carry Michelin, Bridgestone/Firestone and BF Goodrich, and the road hazard warranty matches Discount Tire. They also carry Interstate Batteries—most with a 36-month warranty.
New tire installation took over 2hrs. Even with an appointment. To make matters worse, they didn't balance them correctly. I'm back again for a re-balance and another 2hr wait.
