Made an appointment to patch a tire. When I showed up, I was told that they would call me to tell me if they were going to be able to repair it or not. Two hours went by with no call. Mind you, I had been waiting at the warehouse the entire time. I finally went to the counter as the warehouse was closing, and nobody was present at the desk. Mark was the most friendly and helpful technician. He found the best solution for us very quickly!
Mark is super knowledgeable and provided 5 star service with my tire rotation on a C63 AMG and inspection of a leaking tire. This man needs a raise!!
Even after the appointment, extremely long wait times (Avg 2 hrs) always, just for the tire rotation and alignment. On top of that, the front desk people are always rude and unwelcoming.
Costco has high-quality tires and if you’re getting a whole set, there’s usually some coupon for at least some of the brands they carry like Michelin where you can get a pretty good deal. Their warranty is good, they rebalance them for free if you purchase them there, and they fix flats for free. The problem is that the wait for the tire center is often long.
