Very kind and understanding team. I was driving through Lexington and found a nail in my tire. I stopped in without an appointment (not expecting to get service) but they took the time to help me and check my remaining tires to ensure I was ready for my road trip the next day. Highly recommend.
Blew a tire and stopped in to get it replaced. Staff were accommodating and helpful
Great fast service! Had the sidewall of one of my tires I purchased from Costco that was under warranty blowout while driving when I came back to the store on the spare tire, the tire center technicians (I didn’t get their names but thank you) went above and beyond by assisting and getting my spare tire back inflated and also ordering the replacement tire. I appreciate the service and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home safely!
I love costco but I will never buy tires from there again. Staff were completely rude. I have been a costco member for years and have bought tires in indiana before but after the customer service today I received I will be taking my vehicle to the dealership
