Never had anything less than very competent and professional service here - and outstanding value! This center DOES tend to be very busy...and at times they are rushed and brusque. Perhaps some people feel that they have been treated rudely due to the fact that the harried/busy schedulers sometimes might not have adequate time to flatter the purchaser or stroke their ego. Very kind and understanding team. I was driving through Lexington and found a nail in my tire. I stopped in without an appointment (not expecting to get service) but they took the time to help me and check my remaining tires to ensure I was ready for my road trip the next day. Highly recommend.
Blew a tire and stopped in to get it replaced. Staff were accommodating and helpful
Great fast service! Had the sidewall of one of my tires I purchased from Costco that was under warranty blowout while driving when I came back to the store on the spare tire, the tire center technicians (I didn’t get their names but thank you) went above and beyond by assisting and getting my spare tire back inflated and also ordering the replacement tire. I appreciate the service and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home safely!
